The first step is all about preparation and coming up with a game plan. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know about the process of making garments before going into development.
Initial Meeting
Ari will lead a strategy session to build a tailored road map for your brand's success. The meeting covers topics like branding, budgeting, the development and production processes, and Q&A. With ample experience in product development, design, manufacturing, brand-building, risk management, and working with start-ups to establish a foundation, Ari’s focus is to hear your story, clarify your goals, and provide you with guidance and support.
Research & Strategy
Every successful brand begins with comprehensive research and a well-defined strategy. We conduct focused research to develop a strategy that supports your brand’s market and positioning to provide you with the essential insights and planning necessary to propel your brand forward.
Team of Experts
Once the project begins, you will be assigned a dedicated team to guide you through the process from start to finish. We maintain ongoing communication, provide updates, and ensure you're involved in all integral parts of the process.
Design Meeting
In this collaborative session, we'll meet to review your styles and get your input to ensure garment aesthetics, construction, and material selection align with manufacturing parameters and capabilities.
If you're based outside the Los Angeles area, this is an excellent point in the process for us to meet in person.
