Initial Meeting
Ari will lead a meeting to tailor a road map for your brand's success. The meeting typically covers topics like branding, budgeting, the process, and Q&A. His proficiency lies in product development, design, manufacturing, brand-building, risk management, and working with start-ups to establish a foundation. Most importantly, Ari wants to hear your story to provide you with guidance and support.
Research & Strategy
Every successful brand begins with comprehensive research and a well-thought-out strategy. Taking the time to research will provide you with the essential insights and planning necessary to propel your brand forward in today's competitive market.
Project Management
Once the project begins, we assign a dedicated Project Manager to oversee your process. We maintain ongoing communication, provide updates, and ensure you're involved in all important decisions.
Design Meeting
In this collaborative session, we'll meet to review your styles and get your input to ensure garment aesthetics, construction, and material selection align with the logistics.
