Shipping policy

My order is within the United States. What are my shipping options?

Where do you ship out of?

We ship out of a fulfillment center located in Valencia, California. 

We are shipping same business day and are offering next day delivery via UPS or Free Expedited shipping via DHL.

All orders are fulfilled from Monday to Friday at 12:00 PM PST. Order MUST be placed before 12:00 PM PST to clear fulfillment for same day shipping.

How will my order ship?

We use various carriers to get your awesome gear to you. Most orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, UPS Fed Ex Smart Post (U.S. Domestic) or DHL (International). But, at times this may vary in order to get your order to you sooner.

*Note* Orders over a certain dollar amount will be shipped with a signature requirement

How long does it take for delivery?

DHL Expedited usually takes 2-3 business days and UPS Next Day usually ships Next Business Day.  Holidays and Weekends are excluded. 

How is the pandemic affecting deliveries?

Unfortunately, some carriers are experiencing delays and we are trying our hardest to get the product in your hands as soon as possible. Please be understanding that we can't make any guarantees and we are not responsible for delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Only to Canada and Mexico and plan to ship to more countries in the future.

How can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us and we will do our BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed, BUT we will try!!

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped to me?

So, you want to stop by our offices and say hi, huh? We’d love that! However, currently, we do not have a pick-up system for online orders.
